Job Responsibilities

• Call potential clients to expand the customer base
• Meeting with prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing/new coverage
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
• Develop excellent client relationship and good rapport with insurers and the team
• Handle policy renewals and claims procedure
• Attend continuing training and education programs in both insurance and sales

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• No relevant experience may also apply
• Possess insurance certificates will be an added advantage
• For non-insurance certificate holders, you are to pass the minimum insurance paper and exam fee will be reimbursed upon successful placement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player, proactive and have initiative
• Have the drive and ambition to succeed
