Documentation Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, Revise and Dispatch Export Documents
• Follow-up on the Bill of Lading (BL) with respective liners (via email and go to their office personally, if required for collection)
• Manage the export documents (includes preparing/checking) and bank forms and follow-up with bank for tracking the DHL AWB & advise to customers. (Need to go to bank personally to submit documents in case of urgent negotiations)
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information- Tracking the cargoes and courier
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for partner/customer orders, account status and relevant problems
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies
• Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure to provide excellent customer service
• Attend to phone calls, check and reply e-mails on time

 

Job Requirements

• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of other languages, is an added advantage
• Permanent Residents or Singaporeans only
